Today's challenge: Crunches

Let's see if we can do 400.

Also, let's try and do 50 sit-ups. If you can't do sit-ups that's fine but at least try.

You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    i can do plenty of crunches, but i cant do a whole sit up...

    what are the benefits of doing proper sit ups as opposed to crunches?

    I have no idea. Maybe targeting more muscles? I threw that in there so it wasn't the same all the time. sit-ups are hard for me too but i can crank out 500 plus crunches.

    No Benefits imo it puts more strain on back & neck. 3sets of 15 crunchs on ball, 3sets of 15 of leg raises and 3sets of 15 side to side with kettle bell or medicine ball seated on ball or on decline bench is def a good ab workout imo lol

    Okay. I'm game. I'll have to take it up a notch & do 50 at the time, but I think I can make it to 400. We shall see. I'm sore from Push Ups yesterday! :laugh:
