Does any one else find that the amount of servings in some items is wrong? Today i bought a container of trail mix and it said it had 8 servings in the whole container but i swear i only got 4 out of it !?!?!?!

YES! I just made a bag of stir fry and it said it had 4 1.5 cup servings...I measured my food out with a measuring cup and left the rest for my husband, but there is NO way that there is still 3 servings in there!

also if the serving sizes are not the same does that mean a serving contains more calories than listed?

ive noticed it with frozen veggies... but if it says like "1 C (xx grams)" ill get my food scale out and measure the grams instead of getting out a measuring cup..its a bit more accurate that way.

should definitely weigh portions to see how they line up, but sometimes production errors happen, the single potato chip in a bag still slips through the production line the odd time (seen it maybe 4 times in 10 years in retail)
