    For every meal, its own hot sauce. We keep rooster, franks extra hot, and some others. Mostly the first two. Nahm!

    Yeah, I'm pretty iffy about the heat factor on that. To actually get the heat I'm looking for, I have to douse my food, and there's just a bit too much vinegar for that to be delicious. Searching for a more potent sauce with decent flavor. Suggestions?

    Da Bomb is great for heat, but it doesn't take much, so you might not taste it. Maybe a little of Da Bomb for heat and then another hot sauce for flavor.
