Cocoa nibs aren't quite chocolate. For all intents and purposes, they're unground cocoa powder, so image eating some of that unsweetened. Don't get me wrong, nibs are good for lots of stuff like crunch, and adding chocolate flavor to beers for instance, but they're not great for eating out of hand.
I've never seen anything above about 85% because it starts to not have enough cocoa butter to stay together, and there's no room for any sweetener. Ghiradelli (in US) makes a variety called Midnight-something at 82% that is pretty good, but I prefer their Twilight at 72%. Edit: I have seen baking chocolate at 100%, but it doesn't taste very good by itself.0 -

I like dark chocolate bars with nibs in them. Also, nibs are delicious in yogurt!0

Haha, I'm eating one of their bars right now! They're awesome.0 -
The darkest I've gone is 80%.. but it's growing on me! I think it's definitely an acquired taste. I actually made a flour-free chocolate cake with 100% baking chocolate and it tasted.. interesting :-) I definitely had to add some brown sugar.0
