today is my dear friend lynn's birthday. she is awesome! i decided to swing by the bakery and buy her a birthday cupcake. i did not buy myself a "birthday" cupcake to have with her. even though they had gorgeous lemon meringue cupcakes and lemon is my favorite. even though they coconut meringues that are only about 100 calories.

i win today!
