I don't know how much you want to spend - but you could decorate apples so at least there is the fruit aspect? You can use a healthier caramel or frosting?
Otherwise....hm....this is a lot harder than I thought! That's all I have got.0 -
I would think that popcorn balls could be done up healthy. There are probably tons of recipes that don't have to have a bunch of caramel or anything.0

I made fingers once, out of string cheese, used green pepper pieces for the nails (adhered with cream cheese) and carved out knuckles. also you can do mummies, which are like pigs in a blanket and mustard for eyes. you can do carrots sliced cross-ways into circles, then a drop of dip, topped with a black olive to make orange eyeballs. just a couple ideas without sugar. ALSO, kids love grapes. just call them eyeballs in a bowl, and you're good.0

THIS IS A PRETTY HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE TO CUPCAKES AND CAKES IT HAS LESS SUGAR AND THERE IS WHEAT FLOUR. THE SWEETNESS IS IN THE FROSTING SO ITS NOT TOO SWEET OR TOO BLAND I THINK ITS PERFECT. ITS SOMETHING NEW BUT ITS HEALTHIER AND FUN! IF YOU DONT WANT IT HEALTHY THEN BUY BOXED CAKES AND FROSTING'S LOL
CAKE
Ingredients
* 1 cup Smart Balance Light Butter with Flax
* 1/4 cup Sugar
* 3 eggs
* 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 1 1/2 cups low fat milk
* 2 1/2 cups wheat flour
* 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Beat in the wheat flour mixture alternately with the milk, mixing just until incorporated. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
FROSTING
Ingredients
* 1/4 cup margarine, melted
* 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1/3 cup milk
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
Directions
1. In a large bowl, beat margarine and cocoa together until combined. Add milk and vanilla; beat until smooth. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until desired consistency is achieved. Adjust with more milk or confectioners' sugar if necessary.
CREATING THE SPIDER CUPCAKE
*Use twizzlers for legs (MAKE SURE ITS PULL AND PEAL KIND)
*White chocolate chips for the eyes and dab of chocolate frosting for the brown eye part
*Chocolate sprinkles for the hair
its adorable and so easy to make!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the picture is of the spiders i made. You could probably find black twizzlers for the legs but i liked the red0 -
You could make home made granola bars or flapjack (not sure if US people have flapjack... if you dont you should google it!)
fruit & marshmallow skewers (banana chunks, strawaberries, grapes).
sugar free jelly (jell-o) cups in green (slime) or red (blood)
oranges made into pumpkins (carved in the skin)0 -
I got some great recipies from skinnytaste.com0

Yea, I'd check out skinnytaste...so many great ideas on there0

Get clear gloves from a local deli , put a piece of candy corn in each finger, fill with popcorn, tie top and slide a little spider ring on one of the fingers!0
