I was going to go to the gym BUTT I was really cold and sleepy this morning.

    I was going to lay off the beer this weekend. But.......My best friend/brother/sister/chap I met once in the lift, was having a party for his birthday/retirement/leaving/promotion etc etc etc...and I couldn't say no.

    I was going to workout every morning but it is harder to get up in morning and workout during colder months. It is cold and dark outside and my bed is warm.

    May not be my biggest BUT, however it is my most recent- lol:

    I wasn't going to fry the pork loins last night BUT we're out of tinfoil and w/o tinfoil to catch drippings the fire alarm goes off and I wasn't about to go to walmart lol

    I was going to lose weight, BUT that never works, so why bother?

    This one can be pretty powerful if you have never been a healthy weight as an adult, you cannot visualize what you would look like as a thin person.

    I HATE the cold, especially in the morning. Have to really fight the urge to just curl up and stay in the my blanket cave. Winter is the hardest time for me to get in my AM workouts.

    I agree. Its so easy just to stay the way you are. The hard thing to do is get up and do something about it.

    That is my biggest down fall seeing my self in the end result. i have never been thin so i dont know what it feels like to be skinnny but i be skinny taste better then anything in the world.

    Not the biggest, but certainly recent...

    I was going to let Jillian beat me up with the Shred on Wednesday night, but I was tired so I did 5 sets of 20 crunches instead.

    I was going to let her beat me up yesterday night, but I had a friend coming over for dinner so I cleaned the house instead.

    Maybe Jillian will make an appearance tonight...

    Its my motivation, I have loads of gorgeous clothes that ive kept but cant fit into anymore...Im keeping them and am determined to fit into them once again, lol. xx

    I was gonna go for a run, but it was raining.

    When I skip a run, this is usually the reason better than 75% of the time.

    I was going to get up and run this morning BEFORE work BUT the damn puppy decided to get the S***s last night and I had to get up and deal with cleaning it up twice and taking him outside!

    BUT despite that I will run tonight after I make dinner!

    I was going to run the Philly Marathon this year BUT missed the registration by mere minutes. STILL kicking myself in the derriere for that "not getting hot fast enough"... UGH!!
