Wow, It's like looking at my own body when I started! I haven't measured but I know I've lost inches and I'm in a 20 compared to 3X in some clothes and 22-24 in others! You are doing an awesome job so keep it up! I'm 56 and you definately don't want to wait until you're my age to start eating healthy!0
