It's called Nacho Moms Vegan Queso and they have 3 kinds. For the amount of calories and fat that it is this stuff is AWESOME. I use it for so much. Anything mexican, it's great with chips and you can pretty much go to town on it since the whole jar is only 160 calories. I just wanted to share because I think it's an awesome healthy alternative for queso and I am always looking for great finds like this!!

    There are three kinds and they have a website or you can get it on amazon but they don't have the voodoo flavor on there yet. Though healthfood stores might carry it. Maybe they list where they sell it on their website.

    You'd need to scour Whole Foods and local health foods stores to find it. I haven't seen it around here.

    If you google around there are a lot of vegan queso recipes that resemble that brand. Never tasted it but the recipes are really good.

    It is tasty and I add stuff to it too, like corn, black beans, jalapenos and that just adds to the flavor, It's doesn't taste exactly like regular queso but it is yummy and totally does the trick , guilt free :)

    Ingredients: water, tomatoes, gluten-free rice flour, nutritional yeast, green chiles, gluten-free tapioca flour, chipotle, spices, salt, natural citric acid, natural corn-free xanthan, natural guar powder ALLERGEN-FREE

    Thats for one of them, not exact same ingredients for others but this give you the idea

    And everyone: I bet if a bunch of us were to petition our local Whole Foods or whatever to carry it, they might eventually stock the stuff... Worth a thought... Vegan cheese products were never my favorite but they actually excel in the "low-melt" category, just as vegan fats work well for baking and it's easy to replace butter. I bet this is good stuff.

    I bought both kinds at Whole Foods and LOVE IT! My kids can't tell the difference either! Thanks for the reminder... I'd forgotten all about it! :happy:
