Broke the 200 barrier! and hard workouts

Today I broke the 200 lb barrier and weight in at 199! I have not been under 200 for over 15 years, at least!
The scale said 199 yesterday, i thought it was a fluke, weighted in today and yes, it was repeatable. A year ago I had a 44" waist. Now I fit in 38" waist pants.
I am also working out to gain strength for cycling. Cardio will come later. Currently I am trying to develop a weaker right leg and protect the knee so they are equal. It is HARD work. I learned all over again how to move. I started with no weights, then with very light resistance, and now I have confidence to read my limits and use heavier weights without getting hurt. The weight is still very little compared to some people, but that's not the point.
I really, really, really want to get in shape for 2012 and cycle a metric century (about 65 miles). Then, maybe, a century of miles.
