Someone brought donuts to work this morning, and even though I want a deliciously, sweet and soft cakey donut smothered in a thick, chocolatey, goodness glaze, I will only enjoy it for the quick minute or two it takes me to eat it, and after it will be nothing but a day of regrets and extra miles at the gym. There - talked myself out of it. Divide and conquer! :)
