Yes! My mom just began her work out journey 2 years ago. She turned 63 today and she has some guns! It's never too late!

Yes, absolutely. I have lots of them. If you have not worked out with weights before, don't overdo it -- and don't expect fast miracles.

Just stay consistent, 3 workouts per week. You want to work at a level where your muscle is fatigued after doing 10 reps or so.

And you need rest days in between workout days. That's when the body will build the muscle.

I don't know what your goals are, but I found out that making "some muscles" was not only possible at 58, it was a necessity if I wanted to lose weight and get fit.

Thanks for posting this question & thanks to everyone who replied! It's good to know that I'll be able to rebuild/tone up these muscles! I'm beginning slowly in hopes to work(out) myself into the grand finale of being bright beautiful and brimming with health!

How to return back to the Gym after 4 months. And the second question is that when I get there I can't remember any kind of exercises and I waist my time. I am mess with the exercises for the arms, shoulders, triceps and …legs. I jump from one exercise to another. It is completely mess.
