Blood Testing

So I've been putting this off for a little while, but I need to do it sooner rather than later.
At the beginning of August, I had to have a yearly physical for the Navy Reserves. I knew I was a overweight. My Doctor actually recommended this site to me. He also put in an order to have a full blood workup done.
I was rather nervous to get back the results, so I have been avoiding going to get it done. I think now that I've put in some hard work getting myself into better shape, and eating better, its time to have the blood test done.
I'm really hoping that my cholesterol is alright, and my blood sugar is good too.
I think I need a few kicks in the tail in order to get myself over there.

Just go do it. You know that you have been working hard, and your numbers will already be better than they were in August. Plus, it would be better to know where you are at and what you need to work on, than to keep yourself stressed about it. Good luck, I am sure the numbers will be great!0

I no exactly how you feel I was so nervous I put it off , I just got my results back 2 days ago, Its better to find out if you have problems than leave it too late, and have larger problems which are harder to take . Take this advice like a kick up the tail , and put your mind at ease.0

You have lost 20 pounds. That is great. Lowering your blood lipids is not done overnight. Get the bloodwork done, and you will know better where you stand. Those results are a snapshot of your overall health. They will supply information as to where you need to focus. Don't put it off, look at it as a positive thing that will give you information that you can use.0
