Ok so I've been on this journey since the end of July and I hit the 10 lb mark last week. Everyone has been telling me they can tell in my face so I decided to take a pic and see if I could see what they saw. It just so Happens I have the same shirt on as I did one week before I started actively being a member of this site so here are my comparison pictures!
