Hello,
So i am not new on here, but i'm feeling kinda bored on here. I deleted a ton of friends because i wasn't relating to them & their stories or their lifestyles. I'm not here to lose a ton of weight, i did drop 20 or so pounds & found myself loving a fit new lifestyle.

So from their i decided to become a personal trainer, partly to learn more for myself & to keep myself fir & accountable & partly to get into personal training & help others.

In the course of my journey i have become quite fit & have found a love for extreme exercise! This summer i did the Warrior Dash & loved it! Next year i'm planning on doing the Tough Mudder. Several months ago i took up boxing (like technique & sparring, not getting my butt beat in the ring! lol), kick boxing, joined several bootcamps & starting doing things like climbing cutbanks. 2 days a week i train a small group of ladies for free & am just lloking to motivate & encourage others to get to where i am.
I generally eat really clean & healthy, but i also have 3 children so i also have to make sure that it is something my family will eat...lol I do have to make separate meals sometimes to accomodate us both & occasionally have to indulge them by having a slice of pizza...lol

I'm looking for a new group of friends for support & motivation....People who are fit & fun who are into eating healthy & sharing recipes or stories. Most of the firends i had on here previously were on a different journey than i & i'm just going through some changes & looking for some people with similar interests.

So if you think we share some common interest & you want to be friends.... then add me & tell me a little about yourself!

    Hey there,

Loved your story! I joined MFP only last Sunday after being on Weight Watchers since mid-January and losing almost 20kg (I'm only 5' tall). I've also found my love of exercise this year including boxing, body combat, RPM, step, bike riding and recently running. My husband (who was also on WW and is now on MFP) and I entered into our first mini-trathlon next month so are starting to try to incorporate more running and bike riding into our already busy training schedule. I'm also a mum of 3 (14yo son, 19yo step-daughter, 17yo step-daughter) so know what it's like to still have to have sweet things in the house to still accommodate the teenagers :D

I cancelled my WW online subscription as I found I didn't relate to most of the people on that site anymore. I had lost my weight, found out how much I loved exercise (or more importantly, how it made me feel AFTER) and was sick of reading about people whinging about how they couldn't lose weight but continued to eat crap food!

Also looking for like-minded, energetic, happy, fun, focused and dedicated online buddies and would love to hear more about the "Tough Mudder"

So after receiving a really harsh attack email i figured maybe i would clarify something.

I did not delete anyone of my friends list because they are overweight & i am not!
I definitely did not delete any one off of my friends list that has motivated & supported me!

I have connected with some really wonderful people on here, people who have changed my life & people that i am better off now having them in my life & i am looking to meet some more!

I DID however delete people off of my friends list who has not signed in to MFP for a month or longer!
I DID delete people off of my friends list who eat McDonalds everyday & then whine that they cannot lose weight because they have reached a plateau!
I DID delete people off of my friends list who were starving themselves & then exercising exessivley & thought that it was ok & had no desire to change!

I do not care what size, or shape or age or gender you are! I am looking for friends who motivate & who are motivational! I am looking for people who try new things even though it scares the crap out of them whether it be walking into an exercise class for the fist time or signing up for a half marathon. I'm looking for some friends into extreme exercise because that is what i'm currently interested in! I want to hear about what people are doing for themselves to make their lives better & them selves healthier.
Quite simply i'm looking for like minded individuals to chat with & converse with & be motivated by...

If this for some reason angers you, or if we do not see eye to eye, please refrane from sending me nasty emails & just simply move onto the next post in the forum.
