help! breakfast!

ok so i work in a restaurant and we dont have breakfast food nor do i have the time in the morning to have a breakfast at home..so i always end up eating weird things like soup or a salad. on a good day ill remember to grab a granola bar or something on the way out the door...what are some good easy to grab on the go breakfast foods that are healthy??

    I like those Naked juices. They make smaller sizes you could easily grab on the way out the door!

    a banana or a piece of fruit .... a fiber one muffin or bar ...I dont leave myself much time to eat in the morning so I feel your pain

    I make mine the night before, so they're really cold but not frozen. Just grab it and go.

    I drink a generic costco brand weight loss shake every morning. It's quick and easy and breakfast is done!
