So im getting a crosstrainer/elliptical machine/bike seat version

thingy ;)

for christmas and im thinking of doing 10k-20k a day on it. Anyone know if i should be doing less or more?

I mean it roughly works out to about 6-12 miles a day and ive biked 12 miles in a day easily and it was fine, anyone with a cross trainer think this is to much? or to little

My comment would be to try it & see. My elliptical totally wears out my legs, cause it's constant movement for the duration. I go by time (& calories burned), rather than distance; but I've noticed that I'm usually over 5 miles in the 30 minutes that I'm on it.
  • cool, well mine has a bike seat with it. so im thinking if i get to tired of running with it ima just sit down and carry on :)
