i was on one this week and the thing said i burned 744 cal in 55 mins! then i came on here and it said basically the same thing give or take a few....its so fun to do and its like ur skiing!!

I LOVE the arc trainer. I found a really good workout plan for the arc trainer on the cybex website. I wanted to know a little bit more about what I was doing and how it worked by body different from other machines. The link is below:
