I'm looking for something that will be less stress on my bad knee and I was just curious if anyone has used this as a Low Intensity Exercise. If so, do you know the calories burned in any given amount of time? Were the results good?
I know there is the Wii Hula Hoop program listed here, but other than that I was unable to locate anything else.
Thanks for your advice!!

Would that kind of exercise be OK for your knee? I can't imagine having your hips create a somewhat degree of torque in your legs and your knees standing up to the stress...0
