When I set my goals what should I say my "activity" is? I forget all of them but the light activity...ect. I am a stay at home mom of 3 kids and I do daycare 4 days a week for 2 more. so I am on my feet a lot. What do you think or does it not really matter?

i would say it matters. someone that is more active gets more calories to eat during the day. try out light activity for a little while and see how you are doing. chasing kids around all day can be a lot of exercise!
if you arent losing weight, drop your activity level down. good luck!

The low one probably. I'm also a stay at home mom of three and while I am on my feet a lot, I'm not really "burning calories." If you're not literally jogging through the house, I'd go with the low activity one. Whatever it's called...that's the one I chose and I'm losing exactly what I told it that I wanted to lose. Good luck!0
