Think I might try this. I'm not a big chip fan, but I'm not great with the kale either. Think I'l try this and see if I can start working it into my diet. :)

Oh man my husband and I love Kale in a soup that I make so we had high hopes a while back and made the kale chips. The recipe I had was a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Unfortunately they were awful and we had to throw them out. They have such a bitter after taste once they are cooked. Maybe adding more seasoning like the garlic powder will help that. I will see if he is up for another shot and try your recipe! :)

Do the kale chips become crispy? I just bought a slicer that can cut potatoes, carrots, etc. very thin. Do you think this recipe could make chips out of other veggies?

They last a while but the crunch will slowly go away by each day.

For a veggie chip recipe i have one, and its like the same all you do is

    1. cut the veggies of choice thin

    2. mix olive oil garlic salt/powder, salt (but if you use garlic salt dont use salt so you body doesnt get the sodium doubled)
then dried oregano and pepper (if wanted)

    3. Preheat to 375 and cook 15-20 or desired amount of browning

    NOTE

Id us the paper on the pain also!

    Hope that helps!!!

Happy you all enjoy this :D
