Well I guess I am here because did not learn the lesson that I should have learned ten years ago when they had to go in dirty and remove 1/3 of my large intestine. I since then have never been the same. Diverticulitis if unchecked can and will kill you. If you are lucky or should I say unlucky enough it will just ruin your life. I now eat pretty well but the scar on my stomach has been stretching and I know I need to start watching what I eat more - hence the reason I am here....
