Being a newbie to the forum i thought i would share with something that i tried yesterday. Its called Le Whif and its like a low calorie spray which is meant to give you the same hit as chocolate. :) well i tried one yesterday and well i have to say after a go i still fancied some chocolate but not as strongly :) heres the website about it

whats your views on it? i think everything in moderation rather than depriving yourself completely :)

chocolate is a must. i buy a bar of chocolate but look for the highest % of coco. its better for you. then you have to be strict and have one or two pieces a day.

my mum gave me a hot chocolate and it was 40 cal... options Belgian hot chocolate. they come in individual packets. they even tast great with just hot water so no need for milk (but sometime a drop is nice!!) one of them sorts my need for chocolate and is also a nice treat at the end of the day!

    keep thinking thin :)

:) i do soemthing called the sunday afternoon treat. After my sunday lunch i treat myself to a bag of buttons or a cup of hot chock. It keeps me going. The spray tasted a bit like how b.o smells. So not good :D

I wouldn't bother with the spray tbh. you're entitled to a treat, even when you're dieting. to get my choccie fix I make sure I have in stock low calorie options like toffee crisp biscuits which are 99 cals or a kitkat which are 107. great with a nice cuppa. I like to have a treat on an evening once I get the kids to bed n sit and relax :0)

Hormones hormones hormones, annoying horrid hormones!!!

I get real bad sugar cravings, and later on in the evening which is bad.

I just try to bake/make my own versions of things to cut out some of the badness!

Must. have. chocolate. I have a terrible sweet tooth - that's probably how I got here! Anyway, I generally have one piece of something every night. Lately, I've been having Russell Stover sugar free mint patties (1 is 60 cals) - like a york peppermint patty without the guilt. I've also enjoyed Skinny Cow Heavenly Crisp bars (1 is 110 cals).
