Alright, we are going out for supper tonight with my family and relatives to a place that has amazing food--well we all know that must mean OUTRAGEOUS calories lol and go figure.....
I cannot find the nutritional information ANYWEHRE!!!
anybody have any websites or anything where it has listings of restaurants, etc where I may be able to find this out? And if I cannot find the cal count before I go, how to try and stay as low cal as possible without knowing what is going in my mouth!
All advice and help would be appreciated!

Go for grilled meats, salads (check out the ingredients and sauces before, though) and steamed veggies. These are a sure bet!0

You can always call the place and ask if they have it posted somewhere. Salads, veggies, grilled meats, good luck girlie!0

http://www.dwlz.com/restaurants has a pretty big selection0

have you tried dwlz.com?
And I agree with the other posters, grilled meat, salad, steamed veggies are all fairly safe. Ask about heavy oiling before grilling, though. A plain baked potato or sweet potato isn't bad either.0 -
one trick that I usually do is just ask for them to bring a to-go box with my meal and I put half of my food in it right away so that i don't eat it and I take it home......because lets face it the portions at most restaurants are ridiculous..... and you can always ask the server what the yummy healthier option are on the menu. Have fun tonight!!0

Are you going to a chain restaurant? Because almost all of them have a nutritional menu upon request. I think it might be a law now to list that stuff? I'm not sure. I do know that I work for a restaurant and we have a nutritional menu and a "garden fare menu". You can also always let the server know you're looking for something healthier, if they know their menu well they should have no problem even making up a dish for you. I do that for my guests. Tell them what is better for them and stuff. Like our Salmon is fabulous but the broccoli it comes with has butter which makes the dish have many unneeded calories. Omit the butter and it's under 450 calories!0
