Hello fellow Body Shapers!
I've been on this site for a few months and i LOVE it. This has been one of the main things that have made this final decision to change my body different. I am also trying out different food delivery programs. It has been great until these last couple weeks where my scale numbers are dropping like they were.
yes, i've been more intentional about exercising these last few, so maybe i've been holding the calories different...
is this the muscle weight to fat weight ratio thing, or should i be shifting up something i'm doing?
any ideas

Yes you will plateau if you don't change up things once in a while. Try more strength training to increase muscle...more muscle will increase your metabolism and burn fat faster. Look at it as a kick start. Hope this helped?0
