Help! is this the plateau the talk about?

Hello fellow Body Shapers!

I've been on this site for a few months and i LOVE it. This has been one of the main things that have made this final decision to change my body different. I am also trying out different food delivery programs. It has been great until these last couple weeks where my scale numbers are dropping like they were. :(
yes, i've been more intentional about exercising these last few, so maybe i've been holding the calories different...
is this the muscle weight to fat weight ratio thing, or should i be shifting up something i'm doing?

any ideas

    Yes you will plateau if you don't change up things once in a while. Try more strength training to increase muscle...more muscle will increase your metabolism and burn fat faster. Look at it as a kick start. Hope this helped?

    i'm doing Curves, but i'm assuming you mean free weights?
