Hi,

Can anyone advise me on a stomach issue? Basically the last 6 weeks or so my stomach has been bloated, by a couple of inches. I have no other IBS symptoms it's just pushed out. Occasionally in the mornings it will have shrunk down but as soon as I eat something it swells up again. I eat healthily and work out for two hours five times a week. I have my lapses where I eat whatever and however much but my stomach is like this all the time now. I'm a bit worried I've permantle given myself a pushed out tummy by doing declined bench crunches ( I've always done them but started declining back even further ) I stopped doing them a few weeks ago but nothing seems to make it go back to normal.

Anyone?

In my opinion, go see a doctor. It sounds like it might be something internal. I'm not an expert, that's why you should probably see someone who is.

make sure you are pulling your abs in towards your belly button and don't hold your breath.
  • Have you changed anything that you are eating? You may be getting too much fiber? Water? or Sodium?
If nothing you are eating or drinking has changed, I agree that you need to see a doctor. Keep up the good work though & don't let a poochie stomach slow you down!!
