    that is all I have been doing! loosing inches and not pounds! i wish that the scale would show some victory numbers!!!

    there are so many ways to measure a victory than standing on a scale. My husband said to a friend (male) we hadn't seen in several months to "grab her butt", when he hugged me. He was being silly but he wanted to brag to our friend that I have been loosing weight and my bottom was smaller. Our friend laughed and said he would take my word for it.
