Does anyone know what Ply fat is and where it comes from
I am going over my allowance every day and don't know what I am doing wrong

    I think it is polyunsaturated fat, try looking for that :)

    Polyunsaturated fat. It's healthy fat, so I wouldn't worry about it.

    polyunsaturated fat mostly comes from plant sources. it is the healthiest fat out there and since we need a bit of fat in our diet to stay healthy - this kind is the best kind to choose :)

    You're going over your allowance because you have the allowance set to zero... you're only getting a few grams a day according to your diary.

    30% or less of your calories should come from fat, usually. Try tracking the 'fat' option, not ply fat or unsat fat or anything special, just the regular fat. see what it gives you as a goal, and aim for less than that number in polyunsaturated fat each day.

    personally, I just track the 'fat' option, none of the special ones for me.
