How many cups are in a large salad?

I just had a large (like large large) salad for dinner with grilled chicken. The salad was mostly made of iceberg lettuce. If it was large enough to fill up a large serving bowl (or popcorn bowl), how many cups of lettuce were in it?

    LOL define large large.

    the way to tell is to use a measuring cup and fill it up.

    Take a measuring cup & compare the 2. Estimate how many cups you think are in it. Iceburg doesn't have a lot of cals so it can't be too off anyways. HTH!
