Im on a 1250 diet calarie plan what types of foods fit that???

    Welcome to the group. I joined a few days ago, I've found it very helpful just keeping track of my food. I hope that you have a wonderful experience here. You can keep track of the calories when you log what foods you are eating. ENJOY!!!!

  • you guys are also if you have any recipes or anything that i could take to work with me please let me know. i work 40 hrs a week and my sced. usually ranges for 230pm to 11pm or 11pm to 730 am so of chorse i got tight sced. please let me know i would love anyones advice and KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK :)
