I'm thinking about starting this in November. Has anyone else done this? What did you think?
Is there any kind of comparison from this to insanity or P90X?

I like it... workouts aren't too long and you still feel you worked hard in that short time. I've never tried p90x or insanity but S90 is a great program on its own... and you can't beat that price for what you get0

I like it as well. In terms of time commitment, price and content, I give it a thumbs up. I just incorporate my own cardio on days where it's only strength training. I didn't do the program as written eg: just biceps and chest by themselves but I would do the total body, lower body etc, as my upper body tends to respond very quickly to exercise, as opposed to my hips, legs and butt
Good program for the cos,t and if at the end u still want more you can always get p90x, as the supreme 90 is only $20 ( i got it for $15.00 off amazon.com)0 -
I did it and I like the program. It's the first program that I have done. It's $19.99 and you can find it at The Dollar General Store, Walgreeens, Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, maybe even at your Ross. I have seen it at Ross in Texas. I've gotten mine from Amazon. I didn't know that The Dollar General Store sold it, as much as I go to The Dollar General Store. In all the stores, it's with their As Seen On TV items.
Go to their website and preview the workouts to see if that's something you want to do for 90 days. Me, personally I think the workouts can be done just as regular exercise. All program can. Some people don't have time to commit to a program. Right now, I'm doing a Tae Bo 30 Day program that I have created, but when I finish, I will be doing the Supreme 90 Day workouts as individual workouts along with other workouts that I.0 -
I have it, and the workout s are pretty great! Its really worth a try and for 20 bucks you cant beat it. i think there is about 8 DVD's in the set. Good luck!0

The program comes with 10 dvds. There's an 11th dvd, but you have to order it from their site. It's the abs dvd. I didn't get the abs dvd. The program works your abs already. Plus, I have so many abs workouts already. I've used Tae Bo abs workouts to work my abs more.0

Supreme 90 Day:
Pros: You do abs everyday, each workout as some type of ab work in it. Both seperate ab workouts are great. The workouts are all between 30-50 min. Cardio is hard, but fun. Cost is very inexpensive. Really like Tom Holland.
Cons: Some of the workouts are done at a pace that can be way to fast. Same warm-up and cool down in each workout. All except Tabata Inferno. No seperate stretching workout.
P90X:
Pros: Really like Tony, he can be very funny at time. Some people don't enjoy his humor, but I do. All the workouts are really very good.
Cons: Most of the workouts run about an hour. Only one ab workout, and you have to do that one three times a week on your weight days. I had a hard time getting in that 16 min. workout, because I only have an hour to workout. I hate pull-ups, and these are loaded with them.
Both systems are great, and they do have there differences. If you really enjoy yoga, plyometrics and kickboxing then the cardio in P90X will appeal to you. S90D has Tabata, and a cardio workout that uses light weights in some exercises to get your heartrate up. I tend to find that S90D is just a lot more fun.0 -
Yes, in Supreme 90 Day, you will see exercisers going at a fast pace. Don't try to keep up with them. If you don't finish on the reps that they have, don't worry about it. Move on. Always go at your own pace.
I'm not a competitive person. It's not about who finish first or fast. It's about getting a good workout.0 -
I used the pause button if they all finished before i did.0

I'm hoping that S90 will help prepare me for P90X which is why I wanna try it first, and for the price, it's something I'm willing to try guilt free.0

The workout requires weights and a stability ball. Warning, you may find yourself falling off your ball. I have and it made me laugh. I like to have fun doing workouts.0 -
I saw this in Walmart today and was considering it as well. Q0

Doing this program now. I really like it. Yes, sometimes their pace is a little fast, but just go at your own. The more you do it though, the more you'll improve. I wouldn't get in as many reps when I first started, but I'm improving. I can keep up with them a lot more now. 10 DVDs for $20. You can't beat that...especially since they're actually really good workouts!0

:P yeah it's a generic ripoff of P90X.0 -
[:P yeah it's a generic ripoff of P90X.
I disagree.
Power 90 x/P90x is just an advance version of P90/Power 90. I own P90/Power 90 and couldn't do it as a program. I had to incorporate it with my other workouts. Supreme 90 Day is the first program that I have done and it's way better than P90/Power 90.
I haven't done Power 90x/P90x. It doesn't interest me and plus, I wouldn't spend the money on the program.
Tony Horton didn't invent muscle confusion or any of the other exercises that people do in his programs.

I didn't say Tony invented the moves or anything else. But the guide and the concept is setup the same as P90X. I am not saying companies don't copy each other. It happens every industry. But Supreme 90 is nothing more then a program made to get a quick buck.0 -

Power90x/P90x is a money program too.0 -

I think that you are saying that with a lot of bias. S90 and P90X are not the same, I have done both systems. They are both good programs, so I'm not going to say that either one of them is bad. The guide in S90 is in no way similar to P90X. The nutritional information is better in S90 also. IMO Beachbody really doesn't have to charge as much as they do, but they are getting the money for their product so I guess more power to them.0 -

Yes S90 will prepare you for P90X.0
