Hi Everyone I am a 31 y/o Female that has put her health on the backburner for the last 6 yrs. I served almost 8 yrs in the Navy, I had to get out because I was FAT. Since I have gotten out I have gained 100lbs. I am tired of being over weight and tired all the time. I am hoping that I can find the support and motivation that I need to help me lose this weight. I have done it once before so I know that I can do it again with help.

  • Hi there, I'm Kristen!
I am a 19 year old Texan born and raised! (:
I've never been overweight, but I'm definitely bordering it. I have a few rolls I know don't belong! I'm not really looking for a flat stomach for a bikini or anything, I'm doing this for myself -- I'm ready to feel comfortable in my skin, get some energy back in my body and get active!
Being a college student and part time pre-k teacher it makes it really tough to, not make the time, but make the consistency... not to mention my horrible midnight cravings.

I'm hoping to really beat this goal!
    (I'm doing this with C25K)
