About Time I Joined In

Hello everyone, I joined MyFitnessPal around May and having been lurking since then. I have learnt so much about fitness and nutrition through this site, and it has helped me lose 9 lbs from 128lbs down to 119lbs.

I am now currently 6 weeks into the ChaLean Extreme dvd to and am trying to build more muscle and am currently eating a lot of calories to build up and boy am I always hungry!

I just wanted to say hello and I think it's about time I started joining in with the topics and making friends with people who are in the same boat as me, my friends can't seem to understand why I would want to build muscles!

    Good luck with your journey. I am a bit of a yo yo logger due to getting a job and trying to get a routine going on with my toddler. Best of luck in the future and I'm trying to get some movement doing the 20 minute workout with Zumba and the Wii fit at leats to weigh in every day. :)
