Halloween costume for a 1/2 marathon

I'm running a Halloween 1/2 marathon and need costume ideas. I dont want amything revealing as kids will be there. Its also going to be cold out. Any ideas are ould be great!

    The 80's could work. Leggings, shots, legwarmers, plus a colorful shirt.

    you could do something 80's themed. You could make it practical for running and warm with the leggins :)

    Sue Sylvester would be an awesome choice, since she always wears those track suits. (Though, it sounds hot to me, which is why I nixed that idea for myself.)

    I'm going to wear compression capris underneath a pink tutu. I have a witch's hat I will wear before and after the race (but there's no way I can run in it). Kinda lame as far as costumes go, but I think it will work. Here's the costume (though I'll be wearing a different top):

    Maybe a black cat? Black running pants and top will fit with running. Add a tail and ears that you can proabaly get at Iparty and a little make up.

    My hubby and I are going as Batman and Batgirl. I figured it's the least constricting for running.
