30 Day Shred by Jillian is good, and I've just done her Yoga Meltdown DVD and it seemed like a good workout. I have tried Davina McCalls as well, they're good especially of you like boxing type moves. You can download mosst of these by the way so you don't have to pay as much...

I have (and LOVE) Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs and Turbo Fire. If you're just beginning I would suggest Turbo Jam and working up to Turbo Fire. It is so much fun and it WORKS! And yes, it work on a PC. Good luck!

Probably not much use to you (sorry!) as they are all part of bigger programs, but I've found the workouts that I tend to return to again and again are:

    P90X - Plyometrics
    P90X - Chest and Back
    P90X - Ab Ripper X

    P90X+ - Interval X

    ASYLUM - Strength

I also like Bryan Kests' "Power Yoga" series, One, Two and Three (finally, a cheap DVD!) which is available in its entirety on YouTube, if you want to give it a try (although ignore the cheesiness of the intro - it's a good workout).

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oncHCLueW2Q .

Throw in some runs, some biking, some RPM classes and the occasional heavy workout in the gym and I'm good to go, regardless of weather or time availability!

I also have the Insanity programme, but am waiting until I'm fitter before I try it.

Cathe Friedrich STS is my favorite. She does have downloadable on her website.
  • best advice for you is to go to collagevideo.com, and sort by TYPE (bootcamp, dance, toning etc) and LEVEL (advanced, intermediate, beginner.) Then take the time to review the clips and user reviews.

Any old school FIRM videos are superb-Standing Legs,Tough Tape, the Transfirmer Series,Upper and Lower Body Split and Super Cardio Mix-all really awesome and you can find them online dirt cheap. I also like Bob Harpers Inside Out Method DVDs and Jillian Michaels-especially Killer Buns and Thighs and Burn Fat and Boost Metabolism. I rotate these and overall you have a pretty comprehensive collection and you never get bored!

30 Day Shred is one of my favorites. If you're looking for a really intense routine, then I'd suggest P90X or insanity. Both fantastic. And yes, they work on the computer :)

I love Ripped in 30. It is a very tougfh workout but a high calorie burn and I'm lovin feeling fit. Also enjoy Walk away the Pounds for something easier on hectic taxing days.

Appreciate what others have to say.
