I have FINALLY melted away the 160's!! I LOVE seeing those numbers just drop :)

    well NSV is none scale victory...like fitting into smaller jeans or a dress or something...


    but really my post is an SV (scale victory) since the scale is going down lol

    I had knee surgery last year for a torn ACL & meniscus. It was May 2010 and
    I'm just now starting to feel strong enough to do some decent excercise. I'm
    just starting with walking (getting faster & going farther) and bike riding. Both
    are kinda slow but gettin better. Of course, you could do some arm weight
