Hello!
Does anyone know how I can calculate the amount of fiber in blended or pureed fruits and vegetables? What about juicing?
Thanks

If you're blending or pureeing (sp) them yourself then I guess you'd just count them the same as the regular fiber content of the veggie or fruit itself.0

Blending or pureeing fruits does not alter their fibre content.0
