Hi there,
I joined this week and am looking for a little inspiration. I have been with my husband for 5 years and have put on one stone in that time. I know that is not a lot in 5 years but I am worried I will continually gain. I am not classed as overweight but I feel as I am getting older, it is much harder to lose weight. I am looking to lose half to one stone so any advice would be gratefully received.

A stone is about 15 pounds right? Well in the first two years of my marriage I put on 20 pounds, so I totally understand. All I can say is just track what you eat on here and make use of the message boards. This is a great resource!0
