This website really is incredible. I never realized how many calories I actually consumed in a day! Now I've lost 15 pounds in 2 months. I never thought this would happen. I used to think I wouldn't reach my goal of 25 pounds lost by July 1st, but now I know it's possible!

That is great I am very proud of you. I can't wait until I am in your shoes. I just started yesterday and it feels great to be on a site surrounded by people in my same shoes. Keep up the great work. Your story as well as many others on here is giving me that push I need.

The first week was useless all together because I had no diea how many calories were in things, after that it felt like I was starving eatting only 1370 a day. But once I forced myself to do it I realized I lost a taste for a lot of things. Pizza hurts my stomach now from all the grease, chinese fried rice sits in my stomach like a ton of bricks. Now even if I'm not perfect I'm still dropping weight. Also I do boxing 6 days a week which gives me an extra 400-something calories. And if I walk or jog on the treadmill I get some extra food too. I try to keep myself as busy as possible so I'm not tempted to snack.
