Hello to everyone, good to find a network of people heading toward or maintaining
Healthy lifestyles. It seems just as birds flock together with like birds, people have
a similar tendency. Eat corn, flock with birds that eat from the same field...eat junkfood
, flock together with people who eat junkfood. Good to find a field full of non junkfood
Birds to flock with.

    oh god!!! fast food makes me want to vomit...we have been fast food free in this house since december 2010...i wish i had started earlier but better late than never :)

    You are so right....birds of a feather DO flock together. I'm here on this site to finally get serious about my weight loss and changing how I eat and I know the #1 issue I need to deal with is eliminating fast food from my diet. #2 for me is sodas as even when I eat at home I drink way too many!

    It's good to know we are not alone. Keep the faith! We can do it!
