Sometimes these cravings are just because you're hungry. Try eating something pretty healthy (which you've pre-planned from the day before), and you will likely forget about your fast food craving.

Eat clean and resist, then after a few weeks you won't feel like it.

Try cutting it down to once a week. Or try cutting what you eat in half. Slowly ween your self off it.

slice some avocado, cucumber, and imitation Crab leg together and eat with a little rice, gets rid of the sushi roll cravings without having to go to a restaurant to be temped by the alluring smell, otherwise I just try to avoid it.

I just mentally had to make the decision to stop eating out unless it's some special occasion. When I'm hungry I still think about it (and I DO love me some Chinese) but if I stop long enough and think about what I have at home to eat and realize that I'm not going to go hungry if I don't have Chinese, it satisfies me and makes me hungry for that healthier stuff at home. I do save eating out as a reward for a goal met...but try to do it in moderation..that's the key....all in moderation.....

If you try really hard and can completely resist it for a few weeks, the cravings go away. Pack a lunch every day, of food you really like so you really can't justify buying fast food.

I absolutely love Chinese food. Do NOT give it up! Stir-fry dishes are super easy to make yourself. Check out how on some healthy recipe websites, and give it a go! Buy veggies that are already cut and bagged so it reduces the prep time, if you'd like. Once you can do this yourself, you don't have to feel guilty about Chinese food again... its actually quite healthy if done correctly! I just recently figured out how to make Chinese green beans and wow, were they fantastic! Great.... now I want some! :noway: Anyway... don't fight your craving, give it just what its asking for.... and enjoy it! Permanently changing your lifestyle requires that you make changes you can live with!
