5'3 and my goal weight is 145-150. Healthy weight for my height is around 125. I dont like the way my body looks skinny so im hoping to just have a thick tone to myself.0

5' 3" and I'd like to be 115 but i'm happy hovering around the 125 mark, which is where I am now. I think at this point I'm more focused on my tone, speed, and strength...but I'd be happy to end up at my goal weight0

5'7" and the ideal goal is 150lbs... but more realistically based on how my body handles it's weight and it's comfort at certain points, 160lbs.0

i'm 5'8". I weigh about 125 (maybe a little more) right now, but I'd like to lose the belly flab and get it down to 122 (pre-college weight!) I'm getting more interested in lowering my body fat % at this point rather than weight, because I'm riiight at the border for BMI, on the low-healthy side between healthy and underweight. I would be underweight if I weighed 121 or less.0
