i'm 5'8". I weigh about 125 (maybe a little more) right now, but I'd like to lose the belly flab and get it down to 122 (pre-college weight!) I'm getting more interested in lowering my body fat % at this point rather than weight, because I'm riiight at the border for BMI, on the low-healthy side between healthy and underweight. I would be underweight if I weighed 121 or less.0

I know you probably meant that you want to lose 20 lbs, but this reminded me of a calculator I used that used current weight and body fat % to pick out how much you should weight to meet your body fat goal... mine was 25 lbs. :laugh:0 -

5'5 (or 5'4.5, depending!), and 125. Right now, I'm 10 lbs. away, but if I never lost another pound, I'd still be able to live with myself.0

My recommended weight range is 143-163 lb. I've been 150 lb before and it looked pretty healthy on me, so that's what my goal weight is. But anything between 150 and 155 will work for me.0 -
