I have been trying for 15 years to get a six pack and no luck for me. I have not just concentrated on my stomach. I hope this works will start tomorrow. If this does not work then my first inclination was to pass it on to my kids. But I will try one more time. Kids you might have something coming your way.

Varies quite a bit from person to person. IMO most people will have one in the 10-12% range, but you can't really peg it down to a specific % IMO.0 -

one of the best quotes I have heard is "abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym"
I read the body builder websites even though I do not want to be a body builder or look like one, but obviously those people know a thing or two about building muscle!
Here is another amazing article:

Now, I am no where near my body fat goal, but I am working on building great muscle mass so that as I lose the fat, I will look more tone than if I was just doing cardio alone.. The body building website has it right.. 1. Nutrition 2. Weight Training 3. Cardio.. That is a trend I have seen over and over again as I have done my own research!
Good luck Can't wait to hear your success story0 -
Please know that there is a big difference in fat & muscle. The exercises to loss one & achieve the other are completely different. It you want a visible washboard stomach you need to do high cardio to reduce the belly fat along with ab exercises to gain the muscle. Proper nutrition & deadication are also key. Good luck…0
