I'm 5'2 and I think 130-140 is a good weight for me. Any smaller than 130 and I look boney.0

5'8" and my target is 130-1350

6 foot with a 225 target for now..... I have always felt comfortable when I sit around 200-225. Once I get down to there maybe I'll re evaluate.0

I'm 5'6", and my target weight is 150-155, but that may change...I've been doing some strength and weights exercising, so I'm hoping to put on muscle while losing fat. If 160 looks and feels good and I'm healthy, then I'd stop there, and if more comes off, so be it.0

I'm 5'1, I started at 132ish, am now 123ish, and my goal is between 110-115 (fit & toned).0

5'4" and somewhere between 135-145. I don't ever remember being around this weight (last time was probably during middle school ). If/when I ever get there, I may re-evaluate my goal to be a little lower. My main goal is to be within the normal BMI category. I have a large frame so I know being really small wouldn't look good on me.0

5' 3" and I'd like to be 115 but i'm happy hovering around the 125 mark, which is where I am now. I think at this point I'm more focused on my tone, speed, and strength...but I'd be happy to end up at my goal weight
'I have the same goals. Im 5'3: and really want to be 115 but was 125-127 for the last 4 months while training for a half marathon. Now that that's over with I really want to try and get down to my goal weight, Im currently between 8/9 lbs away.0 -
5'4", I would like to be 115, but for now my goal is at 125. I haven't seen myself at 125 in a while.. so once I get there I might re-evaluate.0

I'm 5'2' with my shoes on. I weigh 122 right now. I'd say it varies and better to go off of the BMI range. I'm within the range to be considered healthy. If I lower my BMI a little, I'll be considered "athletic".0

5'9" and i would like to get to 165
I am stocky so I think the top end of what is recommended for my height should work for me.
I will go lower if I can and it feels/looks right.
I am currently at 182 and got up to about as much as 215 by the beginning of this year.0 -
