Hey everybody! Just opened up my food diary for everybody to take a look at. I've been back to tracking religiously the past 6-7 days and am looking for any feedback that you all might have for me.
I have lost 31lbs over the summer and have just gotten myself back together. I have a personal trainer now and we are working on strength training of upper and lower body as well as 20min of intervals. He and I are meeting 3 days per week for 1 hour. I also run 2-3miles 2-3x per week in addition to the trainer. I am looking to drop fat as well as preserve the muscle I do possess. Later I would like to build a bit of muscle. I am 26 years old and am a male.
What should my protein goals be for the day?
Any advice, ideas, recommendations, or criticisms would be great!

I wouldn't think your calorie goal is high enough.
Plus you seem to be eating ALOT of processed food, id try and eat a bit cleaner than you are.
Not sure on what your total calories and macros should be but im sure someone more knowledgeable will let you know, but I am a female with over 30 kg to lose, and am losing on 2000 cal a day, plus I am shorter than you, so I think you should be eating more0 -

That is definitely the goal. Slowly but surely!0
