Question about exercise video and Amazon.com

What does it mean to buy one season or buy one episode?
And does this stay on my computer until I delete it or is it for a limited time kind of thing?

I don't have the money to buy the dvd but I do have a $5 amazon gift card and I would like this workout video. Help me please :)

    There are three workouts on the DVD (one for each 10 days), when you buy one "episode" you buy one of the levels of the shred. Buy the entire season and you get the workouts for all 30 days
