5' 7.5" with a medium frame...goal is 135-138lbs0

5ft 2 I have to set goals of half a stone otherwise I'm gonna be buggered 1lb a week currently weigh 10 stone 12lb so by christmas want to weigh 10 stone 2lbs and so on if I look to far into the distance I become discouraged but what keeps me motivated is coming on here and chatting making new friends we are all in the same boat

I'm 5'3 my goal is around 110. But more than weight I want 2 be below 18% body fat. Its no good getting to a weight goal if your untoned and flabby. A toned body at any weight will always look better than a lighter untoned 10
