My dad came down to see me for the weekend (he lives in Atlanta, I live in Mobile). The first thing he said when he saw me was, "You look so good!" When we got in the car to go to dinner, he said, "You look like you've lost a TON of weight."
I've lost 22 pounds since the last time I saw him. Hearing him say that made me feel awesome, and inspired me to keep trucking until I hit goal!
