Today's challenge is: Calf raises.
Let's try to do 300 of them.
As usual this is through out the day and report back when you are done.
You have until midnight to get them done.
Make sure you stretch before starting.

Appearantly I picked a stud muffin fer all you ladies if you need to see what a calf raise is.

Oh I really want to do this- but I don't think the plantar fasciitis injury would appreciate this. Instead, I'm going to do ab work as my mini challenge!0
